The Israeli Medical Association - World Fellowship is an international federation of organizations of health professionals, scientists, and students dedicated to promoting academic, clinical, professional, and social links amongst its members for enhancing solidarity with Israel and medical societies reflecting shared values.
The IMA-WF's new United States Chapter advances the medical careers of its members through physician visits to Israel, while at the same time, helping Israel solve it's growing health care provider shortage.

Brief History: The IMA's origins began as the Hebrew Medicinal Society on January 11, 1912, with only 32 Jewish physicians in the Land of Israel at the time. It now has chapters in Australia, Austria, Italy, Argentina, Brazil, France, Britain, Switzerland and Denmark, Germany, and the newest chapter in the United States.
This organization advocates Israel, it is meant for health professionals of all religions.
